Hugh Hefner started a special magazine – Playboy in 1953. It publish A Special Coverage on a Celebrity in its Every Edition with Some Semi or Full Nude Photographs. From 1953 "Playboy" has a long List of the Celebrities on its Cover Page in their Raunchy Photo Shoots. Here’s a List of few of them..
1. Carmen Electra
Carmen Electra got better with age as she was first time featured in Playboy in 1996 and again in 2003. She also once said that she overcame her shyness by posing nude for Playboy magazine.
2. Pamela Anderson
Pamela Anderson has broken the record for posing on the cover of Playboy magazine as she posed 12 times. In May, 2004 she appeared naked on the cover of Playboy magazine. It was the first time she had appeared naked on any magazine cover. There’s nothing more invigorating after a divorce like being a Playboy cover girl. Pamela Anderson also graced the Playboy in January 2007 issue making her 12th Playboy cover which is the most times that anyone has been on the front page of Hef’s rag.
3. Marilyn Monroe
Gracing the cover of this Inaugural Issue was the universally acclaimed beauty of the ages, Marilyn Monroe. A few photographs had gone beyond simply recording history and have actually played a role in shaping it. The first Playboy magazine was published in December 1953. It had Marilyn Monroe on the cover Riding a Circus Elephant and Marilyn inside appearing in the center as “Sweetheart of the Month”. This term was later changed to “Playmate of the Month”.
4. Amanda Beard
Amanda Beard’s nude pictorial appeared in Playboy in July 2007. Ms. Beard was no stranger to photo shoots, as her modelling works included posing for big magazine houses like FHM, Maxim and the SI Swimsuit Edition too. She also, carried the title of Most Downloaded Female Athlete during 2004.
5. Naomi Campbell
Naomi Campbell posed nude for Playboy magazine and for a series of Lesbian-Erotic photos with Madonna in her book Sex. One of the world’s most renowned supermodels, Naomi Campbell was the first Black Woman to appear on the covers of many magazines. While the exquisitely exotic leggy supermodel began her career on the catwalk, she quickly segued to high-profile advertising campaigns for fashion icons as Ralph Lauren and Francois Nars.
6. Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole Smith’s career took off after she was chosen by Hugh Hefner to appear on the cover of the March 1992 issue of Playboy, where she is listed as Vickie Smith, wearing a low-cut evening gown. Anna said she planned to be “the next Marilyn Monroe”, becoming one of Playboy’s most popular models. She was chosen to be the 1993 Playmate of the Year.
7. Charlize Theron
In the May 1999 issue of Playboy magazine, nude photos of Charlize Theron were published without her permission. It wasn’t a case of Hugh Hefner offering Charlize millions of dollars to pose for a photo shoot. The shots taken during the early days in Charlize’s modeling career, according to the star, they were intended for private use only.

Cindy created memoirs as the first modern supermodel showcased in Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Magazine in 1988. Posing topless Cindy commented, “I don’t mind if someone thinks a picture of me decorates their wall nicely.”

10. Drew Barrymore
The 1995 January edition of Playboy Magazine saw Drew Barrymore as its cover girl. After that her godfather, Steven Spielberg, did not approve of her exhibitionism and made her aware of it. Seeing Drew Barrymore nude greatly disappointed him. When her birthday rolled around, he gave her a quilt with a note attached, reading “Cover Yourself Up”. He enclosed a copy of her Playboy cover with the pictures altered by his art department so that Drew appeared fully clothed.
11. Eva Herzigova
Eva Herzigova had realised one of her lifelong ambitions by appearing on the pages of the Playboy magazine. Having stripped off for photographer Mario Sorrenti the Czech model admited that it is something she always wanted to do. “For me, Playboy is on the career list” she said. Eva also said that, “it shows the beauty of the body in an elegant way.”
12. Jayne Mansfield
Actress Jayne Mansfield was a Hollywood bombshell just slightly less explosive than her more famous contemporary, Marilyn Monroe. Mansfield was famous for her bleached-blonde hair and ample bosom, both of which she displayed willingly in publicity photos and in Playboy magazine.
13. Alba
On the cover of the March 2006 issue, Playboy magazine named Alba among its 25 Sexiest Celebrities, and the Sex Star of the Year. Alba’s image from a promotional shot for Into the Blue was used by the magazine without her consent, which she contends gave the appearance that she was featured in the issue in a “nude pictorial”. However, she later dropped the action after receiving a personal apology from Playboy owner Hugh Hefner.
14. Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian bared her soul and a few private parts for the December 2007 issue of Playboy. The 27-year-old socialite claimed that she decided to appear on the magazine for reasons other than money. Kim signed on to do the naked photo shoot because she wanted the young women to see what a normal body looks like.
15. Mara Corday
Mara Corday featured in October 1958 Playmate of the Month in Hugh Hefner’s Playboy magazine. She probably had been able to build on the momentum of the Playboy issue.
16. Mariah Carey
Pop star Mariah Carey appearead on the March 2007 cover of Playboy in a skimpy flesh-colored bathing suit. The singer posed for the magazine to accompany a feature on the “Sexiest Comeback.”
